Refund Policy

Once postpartum services has begun

We want you to love your Ocean Moon Botanicals products. Due to the nature of personal care items, no refunds or exchanges can be issued for products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

All refund or replacement requests must include proof of purchase. Refunds for unopened items may be considered at our discretion.
